Here goes nothing..

I jumped into this whole weight loss thing on a whim, I finally found the courage/determination to really buckle down and do something about my weight. I’ve wanted to lose weight for about a year now, it seems as though I just always found a reason not to act. I’m starting my journey weighing 180 pounds, my goal weight is 130; with a little help, dedication, and support, I’ll be there in no time :)
